I've had a quick thought about the rules, and found some of them rather inaqeudate, or contaminating, these comments are not in any way intended to offend anyone and are solely intended to serve as constructive critisism.

Here we go:

1."and 2 prints at a 3 minutes distance between them, in which F4 at maximum should be visible with the warning NO KS + CHARACTER NAME"

How do we proof there's 3 minutes distance between them? Someone who makes the post can easily edit the screenshots in paint if he wants to get someone banned.

2."I.If a player requests a party and the Party-Master(PM) is AFK, the other members of the party are forced to break the party and remake it with the player who requested it. If not, it will be considered party refusal and the entire party will be banned."
+
"It is strictly forbidden to remain on a spot occupied by a full party. To prove this, 2 screenshots are needed with at least 3 minutes passed between them."

If the PM is AFK and attacking, is he considered to be KSing after the party is remade? If so, then that's quite a dumb rule in my opinion, 'cause someone will get a ban for AFKing then, which is allowed, because he was in an permitted situation before, and someone else forced him into a bad one without him (the PM) being able to do anything against it.
This would conclude: Party Masters are not allowed to go AFK
Which would lead to: No one wants to be PM ('cause EVERYONE AFKs here)
Final conclusion: There will be close to no parties at all.

3."II. If a request is unanswered, he who requested the party has the right to PK or move he who hasn't answered. Of course, after some time has passed from the request...in other words, don't come, ask for a party then immediately PK...at least 2 requests."

In this case the person who was AFK can return, notice the PK and still "print" it, and accuse the person who PKed him.

Conclusion: Anyone can say he PKed someone who was AFK if he likes to, without proof of "asking for a party, with a decent time interval".

The "Opposing Guild Master has left the game, you have won the guild match" situation:

I think there should be a rule to prevent this from happening, or if it happens, a penatly should apply.

My guild has "won" numerous guild wars by now, but hasn't a gained a single point just because them kiddos that think they "own leet sheet" with their strenght BK, try to kill my Elf, which doesn't work.

I think the rule should be build up a bit like this:
1) Make a screenshot of who you are Guild Warring
2) Make a screenshot if the opposing Guild Master leaves without finishing the War
3) The admin disbands the Guild which Guild Master has left, or gives the Guild Master (Or maybe gulid members too) a temporary ban, let's say, 3 days at least.

This way, there'll be much more fun in Guild Warring all-together.

It sounds like we're hogging our computer with screenshots for every step we set.

Thanks for reading,

Pretty

No problem!

My friend (and guildmate) Galesh translated the rules, and told me he did, so I took a look at them.

I noticed some failures before, because several Romanians told me they would "print" me for some random funny reasons ^^

Off to bed now,

Take care,

Pretty

If they're modified in paint, it is pretty noticeable, Albz...It's enough that one makes 2 pics with a 3 minutes distance between. I think the 'screenshot taken at blah blah' message takes a momente to go off screen...

Well, after the party is remade, and the old PM is still AFK and attacking, it's not considered KS because the other guys can't realizează a pic with them alone on the spot. This pic is required in order to make a KS or stationing on a full party spot complaint.

The new party is free to move/PK the old PM as lays written in the rules. Of course, this should only happen after they requested a party at least two times with a short distance passed between the two requests.

Before you move/PK someone who is AFK, you must ask him at least two for a party. Thus, you require at least two prints, one for each request, with a decent time interval between them. The interval is pretty noticeable..

So, the answer would be: yes, the AFKer can file a complaint against PK, and he may as well post it on the forum. But the guy who moved/PK'ed him has the prints to prove he is not the one at fault there.

This one can be discussed.

It does have a flaw though: how do you prove the opposing Guild Master did not get disconnected through a random unfortunate incident, like net connection failure, power out etc?
